Our timepieces, including specific editions such as the SNOWMEN or MONTREAL models, are available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

At ORË, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our timepieces. If you experience an issue with your watch, our return process is designed to ensure you receive a perfect product.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your timepiece must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original ORË packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our standard policy for all returns is to issue a direct replacement. If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or if you encounter a manufacturing issue within the 14-day window, we will exchange it for a brand-new replacement of the exact same model.
We do not offer standard refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind. A monetary refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:
If your situation meets these criteria and a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To start a return for a replacement, please contact us at info@orë.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All Sales Are Final At ORË, all purchases made on ORË.com are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect selections.
Defective or Damaged Items While all sales are final, we stand by the craftsmanship of our timepieces. If your watch arrives damaged or possesses a manufacturing defect out of the box, please contact us immediately at info@orë.comwithin 14 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide a repair or an exact replacement at our sole discretion. Monetary refunds will not be issued.
